Trovus are hiring. We have several roles that we are recruiting for which we will be posting in due course. Immediate roles are:

Online Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for managing the search marketing for a number of our clients. This includes reviewing and making recommendations on improving their websites, their natural search listings, reviewing and making recommendations on any paid listings and generally working to improve the overall effectiveness of client sites.

You will be encouraged to develop deep organic search knowledge and work with our team and clients to share this knowledge and coach others to understand how to get more value from the web.

Attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to clearly be able to communicate and explain recommendations and write reports for clients summarising activity and recommendations.

We are looking to grow this into a large consultancy, the right candidate would have the opportunity to grow into the role of "Head of SEO/SEM marketing", build their own philosophy around SEO/SEM and build a team around them (timescale 12-24 months)

The ideal background would be:

- At least 2 years work experience in SEM and in particular SEO and CPC

- Strong knowledge of e-Business and online marketing strategy, concepts, tools and techniques, including search engines and social media strategies

- Internet knowledge (e.g. basic knowledge in HTML, tracking technologies etc.)

- Excellent analytical skills

We can pay a competitive salary plus bonus. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

We believe that the web can now act as a two-way communications device to generate Rewarding Dialogue with prospects, customers, clients and employees, giving measurable business value. We help customers identify and extract that value.

This site allows us to talk about various topics we see being relevant to our work. We also use it to explain various terms around "Web 2.0", recommend books on Web 2.0 and advertise upcoming events around building on-line communities.

These individuals, highly prized by customers, can generate rewarding dialogue between themsleves and customers, raising the profile of individuals and promoting their skills to the widest possible audience. We build applications that allow customers, organisations and staff to collaboration, interact and share.

Improve internal collaboration - Trovus works with customers to help them understand how to use new collaborative technologies, from leading vendors and the open market, to improve the staff experience in engaging with colleagues.
