I was recently trying out IBM’s Lotus Connections software, which is effectively their Web 2.0 platform, and whilst it’s a great product - installation was tricky to put it mildly. Many years ago I wrote a guide for another great piece of IBM software that suffered from similar difficulties - WebSphere Portal. Hence I thought it might be useful to write an install guide for Connections 1.0

Haha - thanks Dave, I think Portal now is pretty much installable - not like the dark days of 4.0!
