Trovus Drives Growth of Strategic Advisory Services for Web Intelligence with Appointment of New Business Development Director

Trovus creates new role to rapidly develop its Strategic Advisory services for the web intelligence delivered by its market-leading solution.

Trovus, the award-winning and leading provider in specialist intelligence services that build profiles of organisations visiting websites, today announced the appointment of Fanni Vig as New Business Development Director. Vig will drive Trovus’s business in new and existing markets, focusing on developing strategic projects with customers. In this newly created role Vig will advise existing customers, source new business leads and provide an increasingly structured approach to business growth for Trovus.

She will report directly to Caspar Craven, Trovus’s Co-Founder and Director. Craven said: “We are aggressively building our capabilities to make sure Trovus’s customers fully exploit the web intelligence our solutions make available to them. As part of this we are consolidating our leadership in Professional Services around web intelligence. Fanni – who we have worked with closely before as a customer – brings to us the Professional Services and Technology experience to meet our goals, having guided many companies in developing web intelligence strategies. This aligns perfectly with the way that our business is going.”

On the back of its market-leading web intelligence solutions Trovus is increasingly becoming a services provider offering customers insights and strategic advice on the web intelligence provided by the company’s tools. According to Craven, “the market has moved on from just gathering web intelligence through our tools and is now demanding to know how to exploit this intelligence for the maximum return.”

Commenting on her appointment, Vig said: “Trovus is a new generation company with enormous potential in a new and growing market. It is renowned for its innovative web intelligence solutions. I want to build on Trovus’s market leadership and dominance, and accelerate its expansion in strategic advisory areas. I have worked with Trovus’s people, as a customer. Trovus is leading the industry in providing organisations with the technology and know-how to exploit web intelligence and the company has been working with companies across the UK to provide the capability to obtain company profile intelligence.

Vig worked as Sales and Marketing Director at Intendance before taking up this post where she had been working alongside leading B2B organisations to develop their digital strategies and implement appropriate technologies and processes.

Prior to Intendance, Vig lived in Paris, France where she worked for a consultancy company working with government agencies and private companies to expand their markets internationally through foreign direct investment and trade.

Vig studied in one of the top business schools in France where she majored in finance and international trade.
