John will share the FT’s experience of building ‘single client view’ platforms and some critical elements to consider when thinking about it. By combining customer related data sets, John will talk about how companies can build rich and valuable profiles of their clients.

Edward Charvet –CEO- Trovus

Edward has been working on customer engagement programmes with leading B2B companies such as Cisco, The FT, Hay Group, and Lexis Nexis. Edward will be exploring best practice insights into how B2B companies benefit from behavioural data sharing through some real life case studies from leading B2B brands.

Recent findings from the IBM Global CEO survey show that 88% of CEO’s globally see trusted client relations as business critical for 2012 onwards.
