EWA, a division of WPP, selects Trovus for online intelligence to identify and explore new business opportunities
Trovus adds CRM company EWA to its list of clients, providing software and consulting services to grow and develop EWA's business based on accurate and timely web visitor profiles
Trovus, a leading specialist in developing actionable intelligence based on the profiles of organisations visiting your website, has signed a contract with customer relationship management company EWA.
EWA is using both the software and consulting services of Trovus to keep track of customers visiting its website, gauging their interests and tailoring their services accordingly. Trovus software and skills are also key to EWA's ability to monitor competitor activities and interests via its website; as well as track new prospect organisations, following up with research and potential engagement to further expand EWA business.
With four core users, EWA uses the Trovus software on a daily basis to help build its business and extend its prospect list. Among the features exploited are determining which search terms website visitors are using to arrive at the website, which is supporting EWA's Search Engine Optimisation initiatives. Additional intelligence is gathered through embedding links in EWA email campaigns to establish which users have clicked-through to its website or have visited directly, helping to determine the appropriate approach and engagement.
According to Jason Elkins, Sales and Marketing Manager at EWA: "We have gained several serious potential new clients as a result of using Trovus's software and consulting. I believe the functionality of the Trovus software is richer than most in the marketplace today. More important however is that Trovus's consultancy services have proven to be invaluable."
He continued: "We have been able to discover the ‘hidden value' of gathered website intelligence thanks to consultancy from Trovus. They are proactive in providing ideas on how to explore intelligence and engage with prospects going forward. Not only have Trovus been easy to deal with, but through their consultancy services they have shown that they care about the value we derive from our investment."
Interestingly, Twitter played an important part in bringing together Trovus and EWA. Having been impressed by a demonstration of the Trovus software during a visit to a supplier, EWA's Jason Elkins tweeted about it later that day, drawing a quick response from Trovus.
Today, there is a strong business relationship between the two companies. Co-founder and Director of Trovus, Caspar Craven said: "It is important to us that EWA derives as much as they can from the intelligence that Trovus software provides, which is why we offer our consultancy services and are keen to work closely with them. "
"Our offering is actually more about professionally exploiting the website intelligence gathered by our software than just the software itself, and we are extremely pleased that EWA are fully engaged in this approach and that it is able to benefit their business growth and development," said Craven.
