HR Analytics Workshop

Really good session today at the Trovus HR analytics workshop.

We had a great mix of attendees from various leading public and private sector companies, including legal, healthcare, insurance, retail, travel and leisure.

The session focused on using data as part of your HR strategy.

The group discussed key metrics and KPIs, including:

• L&D ROI
• Talent management
• Absenteeism
• Recruitment
• Performance and productivity analysis

We also shared various productivity and smart analytics example dashboards.
