Interesting piece of research today that Phil Summerfield has shared with me - it was research by Top IT Consultants which showed what recruitment agents think are the most important channels for sourcing candidates.Top of the list was traditional head hunting/ cold calling with 80% of the vote.The second one is the interesting one - 64% of people voted for Social networking sites.
