What we do

Trovus helps businesses get more value from the internet. We provide consultancy, education and coaching on second generation web applications and their usage.  Trovus builds, deploys and manages applications to help customers increase the value of business relationships by using second generation web offerings.

Trovus currently works in the following areas:

Strategic Workshops - Trovus runs seminars and workshops for companies aimied at demystifing the changes around the internet and social computing. These focus on identifying specific opportunities for companies to drive and exploit more value from the internet.

Online marketing - Trovus works with customers to develop on-line marketing plans, which involve translating "corporate language" into "consumer language" driving content and search engine marketing to ensure these messages are presented to the right customers at the right time.

Business Intelligence - Trovus have developed software applications that help companies understand who is using their website and how those people are using the website.

Building prospect relationships - Trovus advises customers on how best to use second generation web tools such as blogs and wikis to communicate with customers, generating rewarding dialogue as opposed to one-way information transfer such as brouchure or whitepaper downloads

Build relationships with clients - Trovus advises on how to give key staff members a voice within the corporate hierarchy.  These individuals, highly prized by customers, can generate rewarding dialogue between themsleves and customers, raising the profile of individuals and promoting their skills to the widest possible audience.  We build applications that allow customers, organisations and staff to collaboration, interact and share.

Improve internal collaboration - Trovus works with customers to help them understand how to use new collaborative technologies, from leading vendors and the open market, to improve the staff experience in engaging with colleagues.  We support senior executives to understand what is going on "at ground level" through the use of blogs and we help crowd-source innovation and ideas with wikis.
