Trovus Network Connectivity Update

Over the Bank Holiday weekend from lunchtime on Thursday 21st April to Sunday 24th April, access to the Trovus reporting system was unavailable to our clients due to the high profile network outage suffered by Amazon, our network provider. This did not affect any data collection and as of Sunday 24th April all reporting is running as normal. No client data has been lost and any performance issues have been addressed. We regret any loss of access to Trovus reporting for our clients during this period and wanted to explain the reasons why access was unavailable and how this has now been resolved. Read more
