A big event from me this morning.  I presented to my first Vistage CEO group.  For those of you who have not heard of Vistage, it is a community of CEO's that come together in small groups to meet, talk, share and debate.  It struck me how much the people in the room clearly got on and I got a real sense of the value they all took from the group.

Thank you to everyone today for making me feel so welcome and in particular to John Thorpe, the Chair, for the help and support he gave me in the build up to this morning.

As promised to everyone there, the slide deck is attached to this blog.  Just go into this entry and you will find them at the bottom.  If you have anything to add, please feel free to add it here.
