Within Trovus I have to be the last and the only person who conciously has to think about using our collaboration suite.  We run IBM's quickr and have do some interesting things with it including allowing clients in to have access to wiki's for developing concepts. Our understanding, led mainly by Jon, on driving behaviours and adopt around such tools is really growing.  So much if not all the value in such an application is tied to the instinctive usage.  This is always undermined by the reverting to type and relying on the substitutes that people know.So it is with...

We had a fascinating experience with regard to people using our wiki tool.  We have opened it up to the 3 external user groups (clients and partners) over the past couple of months to let them play in a collaborative environment.  In each case we have given a very limited explanation and sat back to watch. In the latest case a group of lets say 30+ something used it to aggregate what they wanted to get out of a workshop with us.  The aim was to get round the "Here's my agenda but what do you want to get out...

At Trovus we have decided to focus on the behaviour changes around corporate Web 2.0 adoption, rather than the technologies. That's not to say we don't think that technology is important, just that there are plenty of Microsoft, IBM and Open Source technology consultancies out there who do Web 2.0 implementation.
