Did you hear Peter Day on In Business tonight?  Have a listen if you didn't...This is going to come out the wrong way, but it was very refreshing to hear a non-Gen Y leading such a debate without a hint of contempt and misgiving in their voice.  

Anyway, best fact I heard ... Campus Recruiter lead in Ernst and Young in the US confirmed that in 2 year the Gen Y population in his business will be 50% of the workforce and you don't have to listen to the programme to guess what tools they are demanding.

Good to hear Mark Forster at Cisco leading the charge...
